Order Management Specialist, NetSuite & Customer Service
Overview
Own end-to-end order management and customer service for product installations at scale, collaborating cross-functionally in a fast paced Las Vegas office. Manage data integrity in NetSuite, coordinate installation activities, and ensure compliant shipments. This role blends operations, scheduling, and relationship building to enable successful deployments.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain accurate NetSuite data for electronic orders and installation work orders to ensure on time delivery
- 2Collaborate with internal teams and clients to schedule IT/installation calls and confirm client contacts
- 3Verify compliance requirements for shipments and installations and update orders accordingly
- 4Update service tickets and calendars to reflect installation status across departments
- 5Fulfill orders and document installation of finished assemblies at client locations and process returns
- 6Process Product Only sales orders and review opportunities to commit inventory prior to processing
- 7Utilize field management and call center software to streamline information flow among teams
- 8Prepare packing lists for compliance and shipment and convert/install items into fixed assets
- 9Maintain data integrity by updating order statuses and processing related closures
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2At least 1-2 years of project management or administrative experience
- 3At least 3 years of customer service experience
- 4Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- 6Ability to multitask and manage multiple routines simultaneously
- 7Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 8Cosmic mindset and ability to maintain professional demeanor in dynamic environment
- 9Able to obtain Nevada gaming license
- 10Physical ability to remain stationary for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds
