Project Manager, Data Center Integration & Rack Configuration Services
Overview
This role owns technical rack integration and configuration projects from kickoff to close, delivering multiple concurrent jobs on time and within budget. You'll report to the Operations Director and coordinate with a cross-functional team of technicians, engineers, and client stakeholders. As the primary client contact, you'll drive communication and ensure quality standards align with MRB processes. You'll manage change orders, submittals, and project documentation, using NetSuite and Excel daily. Your ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain accountability without supervision sets you apart. This onsite role in Georgetown, TX, supports either Monday-Friday or Thursday-Monday shifts, with occasional evenings and weekends.
What You'll Do8
- 1Manage multiple technical integration projects simultaneously, owning scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff to final sign-off.
- 2Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project milestones and deliverables.
- 3Review and approve change orders and submittals, verifying compliance with project specifications and MRB processes.
- 4Run weekly check-in meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and enforce adherence to documented workflows.
- 5Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation plans.
- 6Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing practical solutions within the first 90 days.
- 7Act as the escalation point for project issues, using problem-solving skills to keep work flowing without delays.
- 8Maintain accurate project documentation and update NetSuite records to reflect real-time status.
Requirements9
- 15+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- 2Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3Proven track record managing technical projects with a focus on quality and MRB compliance.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- 5Advanced Excel skills for tracking budgets, timelines, and data analysis.
- 6Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP for project tracking and reporting.
- 7PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
- 8Daily onsite attendance in Georgetown, TX, is required.
- 9Availability for flexible shifts, including Thursday-Monday, weekends, and evenings as needed.
