Overview
The NetSuite Administrator owns day-to-day configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP and connected cloud systems. This hands-on role supports Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Service, and eCommerce, reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager. You will manage user provisioning, configuration changes, saved searches and reports, integration monitoring, and front-line support. The team operates in Allen, TX with a focus on data quality, governance, and enabling business users. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain NetSuite configurations across Financials, Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory to meet evolving business needs
- 2Design, implement, and monitor SuiteFlow workflows that streamline processes and reduce manual effort
- 3Create and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports for executives and operational users
- 4Manage user provisioning, roles, permissions, and periodic access reviews
- 5Support release management for NetSuite upgrades, including testing in sandbox and communicating changes to teams
- 6Monitor integration health for Shopify, NewStore, Korber WMS, Avalara, Narvar, and financial systems
- 7Troubleshoot data flow issues, reconciliation processes, and data integrity across systems
- 8Maintain master data quality for items, customers, vendors, pricing, and chart of accounts
- 9Provide front-line user support and training materials for NetSuite and related apps
- 10Document processes, support change management, and collaborate with vendors and partners
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 22+ years managing or supporting NetSuite in a production environment
- 3Working knowledge of NetSuite configuration including roles and permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
- 4Familiarity with core ERP processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, order management
- 5Experience troubleshooting ERP issues and supporting integrations with surrounding systems
- 6Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good cross-functional communication
- 7Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
