Business Systems Analyst NetSuite, Retail Ops & AI Data Enablement
Overview
Stoney Clover Lane seeks a NetSuite focused Business Systems Analyst to optimize and support NetSuite across Finance, Production, Operations, Retail, Wholesale and Digital teams. You will partner cross-functionally to implement enhancements, integrations, reporting and process improvements in a fast paced environment. This role combines technical administration with business process optimization and data governance. What makes this role different is the emphasis on cross functional collaboration, test planning and user enablement across multiple storefronts and channels.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain NetSuite process and data flow documentation for technical processes and workflows
- 2Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and functionality enhancements
- 3Create and maintain standard suite of reports shared throughout organization (i.e. sales, budget to actual, inventory)
- 4Assist users with tactical NetSuite support inquiries and saved searches
- 5Support business readiness by creating test plans and training documents for rollout
- 6Support software and hardware integrations including Shopify, RF Smart, Ship Junction, Joor, and SPS Commerce
- 7Automate and improve internal reporting through NetSuite and related tools
- 8Apply AI tactics and analysis to analyze large datasets for problem solving
- 9Gather and document business requirements applying NetSuite knowledge for suggested improvements
- 10Assist with onboarding and offboarding for equipment and application access
Requirements10
- 15+ years of NetSuite support, administration or implementation experience
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Systems Technology, Business, or related field
- 3NetSuite certifications appreciated, not required
- 4Experience developing workflows, dashboards, report writing and NetSuite customizations
- 5Solid understanding of NetSuite capabilities including AI application and SQL, Python or other programming appreciated, not required
- 6Basic understanding of financial statements and inventory costing
- 7Ability to recommend system parameters to improve internal controls and data governance
- 8Strong understanding of retail business systems including POS and operational processes
- 9Experience partnering with Finance, Merchandise Planning and Production Teams from a technical perspective
- 10Hybrid schedule with in-person and remote work and travel to Brooklyn and retail locations as needed

$100 - $125k per year
