IT Senior Manager, NetSuite & E-commerce Systems
Overview
You own the software lifecycle for Good American's IT operations, from requirements through deployment, at a brand scaling from denim to full fashion lines. You lead a team of engineers, set technical direction, and drive integration of NetSuite, Celigo, and API layers that power an inclusive e-commerce platform. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes
- 2Lead the preparation and installation of solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
- 3Own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from planning to deployment and documentation
- 4Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- 5Write well-designed, testable code and integrate components into a fully functional system
- 6Design and implement API layers using NetSuite and Celigo to connect business systems
- 7Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing systems, and deploy programs while evaluating user feedback
- 8Drive systems analysis and recommend changes in policies and procedures to improve operations
- 9Support and develop software engineers through coaching, advice, and educational opportunities
- 10Ensure software is updated with latest features and complies with project plans and industry standards
Requirements8
- 15+ years proven work experience with NetSuite and Celigo
- 23+ years designing and implementing API layers
- 35+ years as a Software Engineer or Developer with experience in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++, or other languages
- 4Proficiency with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies like JPA2 and Hibernate
- 5Experience building web applications using frameworks like JSF, Wicket, GWT, or Spring MVC
- 6Experience with test-driven development and software engineering tools
- 7Ability to document requirements and specifications clearly
- 8Commitment to keeping information confidential and protecting operations
