Overview
Strategic technology leader oversees enterprise business systems portfolio supporting sales service field operations customer care marketing finance. Reports directly to CIO. Drives business systems strategy roadmap and solution delivery partnering with Platform Engineering. Leads IT Product Owners through Agile delivery ensures technology investments support operational goals and growth. Distinct from general IT roles due to focus on business applications and direct partnership with business leaders.
What You'll Do12
- 1Own strategy roadmap and delivery of enterprise business applications with Salesforce as core platform
- 2Establish and manage structured intake process across sales service customer care marketing operations and finance
- 3Lead Agile delivery practices including backlog prioritization sprint readiness and delivery transparency
- 4Develop and coach IT Product Owners Business Analysts managers and application teams driving accountability for backlog health sprint execution and value delivery
- 5Drive modernization optimization of business applications workflows and processes partnering with Platform Engineering for architecture decisions
- 6Lead evaluation implementation optimization and consolidation of enterprise applications including ERP platforms
- 7Define and track KPIs such as intake cycle time backlog health delivery predictability adoption and business value realization using dashboards and analytics
- 8Manage relationships with technology vendors consultants and system integrators to ensure quality delivery cost efficiency and alignment with business systems strategy
- 9Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term direction of Business Applications organization
- 10Require 10+ years progressive leadership experience in Business Applications Enterprise Systems Product Management or Technology Delivery
- 11Demonstrate hands-on leadership of NetSuite implementations and deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise including CPQ
- 12Translate business requirements into scalable integrated technology solutions across NetSuite Salesforce and related platforms
Requirements11
- 110+ years progressive leadership experience in Business Applications Enterprise Systems Product Management or Technology Delivery
- 2Proven leadership of large-scale NetSuite implementations with ownership required
- 3Deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Salesforce CPQ
- 4Experience leading Product Owners Business Analysts managers and application teams within Agile delivery model
- 5Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and processes like Quote-to-Cash Lead-to-Order billing and finance
- 6Ability to translate business requirements into integrated technology solutions across NetSuite Salesforce and related platforms
- 7Experience with ServiceMax or Certinia ERP platforms for order management inventory and financials
- 8Familiarity with Zuora or similar invoicing and revenue recognition systems
- 9Salesforce certifications such as Administrator Business Analyst or Advanced Administrator
- 10Agile certifications like SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Product Owner
- 11Onsite work in King of Prussia area minimum two days per week
