What You'll Do12
- 1Define long-term vision and scalability roadmap for Salesforce CRM CPQ and CLM
- 2Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Opportunity to Order systems
- 3Build and scale integrations between Salesforce ERP and downstream fulfillment systems
- 4Champion API-first architecture and microservices-based integration patterns
- 5Integrate AI-assisted tooling and agentic workflows into CRM operations
- 6Establish engineering best practices for Salesforce development and API design
- 7Drive improvements in platform reliability scalability and developer productivity
- 8Recruit develop and scale high-performing engineering teams
- 9Mentor engineers and managers to enhance technical depth and leadership impact
- 10Partner with Product Management Sales Operations and Finance to translate priorities into solutions
- 11Align CRM capabilities with Autodesk's go-to-market strategy and revenue goals
- 12Communicate architecture tradeoffs and delivery status to technical and executive audiences
Requirements12
- 110+ years building enterprise SaaS platforms and distributed systems
- 25+ years leading and scaling engineering teams including management of engineering managers
- 3Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development including Apex Lightning components and enterprise integrations
- 4Proven track record implementing Salesforce CRM CPQ or Revenue Cloud solutions
- 5Deep understanding of Opportunity-to-Cash and Quote-to-Order business processes
- 6Expertise designing API-driven architectures and microservices-based integrations
- 7Strong fluency in Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery practices
- 8Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 9Preferred: 3-5+ years at director or senior engineering management leading global teams
- 10Familiarity with cloud infrastructure data lifecycle management and microservices architecture at enterprise scale
- 11Experience with AI/ML integration patterns and agentic workflows in enterprise CRM platforms
- 12Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale organizations delivering aggressive business goals
