Lead Salesforce Architect
Overview
You will own the end-to-end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds, delivering scalable architectures that support thousands of users. You will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate requirements into robust designs, ensuring the long-term stability and security of the Salesforce ecosystem. As part of a high-performing architecture team, you will drive best practices, mentor engineers, and champion Agile delivery. This role offers direct influence on enterprise strategy, with hybrid or remote flexibility and close collaboration with executive leadership.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet complex business requirements.
- 2Translate stakeholder needs into scalable technical designs using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- 3Lead technical discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to define integration, data, and security models.
- 4Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, including CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
- 5Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators on best practices for performance and maintainability.
- 6Perform code reviews and architecture audits, identifying and mitigating technical debt.
- 7Collaborate with product managers to align technical roadmap with business goals and priorities.
- 8Architect and document Salesforce integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and MuleSoft.
Requirements8
- 17+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- 2Salesforce certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (or equivalent such as CTA).
- 3Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flows.
- 4Proven experience designing Salesforce solutions for enterprise-scale, multi-cloud implementations.
- 5Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security model, and data architecture.
- 6Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware like MuleSoft.
- 7Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence architectural decisions.
- 8Broad knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
