What You'll Do10

  • 1Design Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions, owning the end-to-end architecture from requirements to deployment.
  • 2Define architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and connected systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • 3Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce, and SOQL to meet business outcomes.
  • 4Translate business requirements into technical designs that align with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture, balancing speed and maintainability.
  • 5Guide development teams by reviewing code, enforcing design principles, and ensuring security standards are met in every release.
  • 6Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs, middleware, and data pipelines, ensuring data flows reliably.
  • 7Assess impact of new features and platform updates, mitigating risks and optimizing performance across the ecosystem.
  • 8Ensure data integrity and security by managing role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance across all objects.
  • 9Support deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, and environment management to reduce release friction.
  • 10Lead requirement workshops and design reviews, acting as the Salesforce subject matter expert for stakeholders.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions, with a focus on enterprise architecture.
  • 2Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 3Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • 4Proven experience with complex data modeling, security design, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
  • 5Proficiency with DevOps tools, CI/CD, version control, and release management.
  • 6Salesforce Developer certification PDI or PDII required.
  • 7Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect credentials preferred.
