
Lead Salesforce Architect, Service Cloud & LPI
Overview
You will own the end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), and the LPI data model. Partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams, you translate complex requirements into robust designs that ensure long-term platform stability. This role drives architectural decisions for custom applications and integrations, setting the standard for Salesforce best practices. What You'll Do8
- 1Design scalable Salesforce architectures for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and PSS that meet business needs and ensure long-term stability.
- 2Lead the end-to-end technical design of custom applications built on the LPI data model, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- 3Guide the integration of the LPI model with Salesforce objects, optimizing data flow and performance.
- 4Drive architectural decisions for complex Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura.
- 5Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints for development teams.
- 6Mentor and guide developers on Salesforce coding standards, design patterns, and DevOps practices.
- 7Collaborate with leadership to define the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- 8Review code and conduct technical design reviews to maintain code quality and architectural integrity.
Requirements8
- 110+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- 25+ years leading technical design and architecture for Salesforce implementations, including Public Sector Solutions.
- 3Deep expertise in the LPI data model and how it integrates with Salesforce.
- 4Proven experience designing scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Integration patterns.
- 5Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data modeling, and governor limits.
- 6Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, or Copado for continuous delivery.
- 7Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect preferred.
- 8Excellent communication skills to articulate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
