Lead the Enterprise Applications group as Senior Director to define and own a multi-year roadmap for Legal Compliance Facilities and Workplace while reducing manual effort and improving productivity. Drive AI integration and oversee delivery across legal operations facilities and workplace technology domains.
What You'll Do11
- 1Define and own a multi-year application roadmap for Legal Compliance Facilities and Workplace domains aligned to corporate strategy and risk priorities
- 2Conduct portfolio assessments identify capability gaps and prioritize investments based on business impact cost and risk
- 3Develop and manage demand management processes in partnership with stakeholders
- 4Lead selection implementation and optimization of matter management contract lifecycle management e-billing and regulatory compliance platforms ensuring audit data retention and eDiscovery requirements
- 5Oversee business applications supporting real estate portfolio management space planning workplace experience lease administration and facilities maintenance drive integrations between facilities systems and enterprise platforms
- 6Lead cross-functional project teams through full SDLC establish SLAs KPIs and operational health metrics drive continuous improvement
- 7Manage vendor relationships contract negotiations and license compliance for the application portfolio
- 8Build trusted relationships with functional leaders facilitate steering committees executive briefings and governance reviews maintain collaboration with CLO and CSO organizations
- 9Act as change agent driving adoption and capability maturity across supported functions
- 10Deliver solutions in Legal CLM Compliance Facilities or Physical Security domains demonstrating 12+ years IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise application ownership
- 11Translate business requirements into technology strategies influence senior stakeholders and manage projects involving engineers architects vendors and business analysts
Requirements11
- 112+ years progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in business application ownership or enterprise application leadership roles
- 2Proven experience delivering solutions in Legal CLM Compliance Facilities or Physical Security domains
- 3Strong program management skills leading complex multi-workstream implementations
- 4Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders
- 5Experience managing vendor relationships and technology contracts
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills presenting to executive audiences
- 7Familiarity with platforms such as Conga TeamConnect Salesforce Legal Workiva Archibus Planon ServiceNow Legal GRC modules or similar
- 8Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or related field with MBA or advanced degree as plus
- 9Experience in high-growth technology financial services healthcare or similarly regulated industries
- 10PMP ITIL or equivalent certification
- 11Ability to work onsite in San Jose California
