What You'll Do7
- 1Manage outgoing payments and incoming receivables by reviewing invoices entering transaction details supporting timely processing
- 2Prepare customer billing documents monitoring account activity following up on outstanding balances
- 3Reconcile vendor statements customer accounts identifying discrepancies
- 4Contribute to operations using Microsoft D365 Oracle NetSuite QuickBooks or Workday
- 5Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities in detail-focused environment
- 6Proficient in invoice processing payment handling accurate financial data entry
- 7QuickBooks knowledge adaptable to additional accounting software
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience with NetSuite
- 3Strong organizational skills attention to detail
- 4Ability to work in fast-paced accounting environment
- 5Experience with Microsoft D365 Oracle NetSuite QuickBooks Workday
