Order Entry Administrator
Overview
Detail‑oriented Internal Sales Order Entry Administrator responsible for accurate order entry and communication with internal teams and customers. Reports directly to the VP of Sales and works onsite Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as internal sales support to achieve or exceed North American sales goals
- 2Act as contact for customers answering inquiries and taking sales orders
- 3Input equipment and spare parts orders quickly with minimum errors
- 4Main point of contact for third party parts distributor including biweekly order entry and forecasting
- 5Implement and maintain parts machine and base cabinet pricing at customer level
- 6Input production forecast into ERP system by machine model
- 7Work with production and warehouse staff to ensure efficient shipment of orders
- 8Coordinate customer needs with colleagues
- 9Maintain customer database ensuring accurate data fields
- 10Maintain sales dashboards
- 11Maintain customer asset tracking reports quarterly
Requirements9
- 12+ years experience in order entry customer service or administrative support
- 2Strong Excel skills data entry spreadsheets formulas sorting filtering
- 3Cross‑functional collaboration with sales operations production teams
- 4High attention to detail strong organizational skills
- 5Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- 6Professional written and verbal communication
- 7Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment
- 8Familiarity with ERP or order management systems
- 9Supporting sales teams or leadership directly
