Customer Service Data Entry Sales Representative
Overview
The role owns customer interactions and supports Sales operations by processing orders and providing product information. This position drives customer satisfaction through accurate data handling and efficient order fulfillment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- 2Enter and process customer sales orders accurately and promptly
- 3Review orders for pricing product availability and customer-specific requirements
- 4Coordinate with Sales Representatives to meet customer needs
- 5Communicate order status shipment updates and resolve customer issues
- 6Assist customers with product information pricing and order-related questions
- 7Collaborate with Warehouse Purchasing and Accounting to resolve order discrepancies
- 8Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in company systems
- 9Support the Sales team with quotes order follow-up and account maintenance
- 10Identify and escalate customer concerns or potential sales opportunities
- 11Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma required
- 3Associate`s or Bachelor`s degree preferred
- 4Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- 7Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
- 8Experience with ERP systems (Fishbowl QuickBooks SAP NetSuite etc.)
- 9Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
