Order Management Clerk RTV - Dallas TX
Overview
The RTV Order Management Clerk leads order processing fulfillment and customer service ensuring timely vendor responses and customer satisfaction. This role drives operational efficiency and cross‑functional collaboration.
What You'll Do14
- 1Review RTV warehouse inventory and collect required information for RMA number application to vendor
- 2Apply for RMA number to vendor according to suppliers requirements
- 3Receive Vendor RMA# answering vendor email or phone calls in timely manner
- 4Process orders in system issue invoices recommend packing/labeling or make shipment recommendations
- 5Confer with warehouse shipping or carrier personnel to expedite or trace shipments
- 6Trace shipments and provide vendor shipment pre‑alert
- 7Follow up on material return Turn Around Time (TAT) or credit based on agreed terms and conditions
- 8Issue credit or debit notes if needed base on vendor request
- 9Upload vendors shipping advice into LMS system
- 10Confer with receiving department to report any discrepancy to vendor within 72 hours
- 11Conduct weekly reconciliation review against vendor open RMA report to ensure ETD and push vendor to achieve TAT target
- 12Maintain material status as return delivery schedule (ETD) shipping details or vendor comments on the Back Order Report
- 13Collect RTV Results from vendor and upload into myService or prepare report for price team
- 14Other duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams and managing projects
- 3High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4Must have experience in Microsoft Office
- 5Essential Skills: Works well with a team and exhibits effective communication skills
- 6Pays close attention to detail essential in identifying order discrepancies and resolving situations with variance
- 7Clear knowledge of computer ordering systems and ability to navigate and troubleshoot systems
- 8Hands‑on ambition and drive to succeed
