What You'll Do9
- 1Greet truck drivers, verify load numbers, and manage driver documentation to ensure accurate deliveries.
- 2Oversee the safe handling of electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with all procedures and documentation.
- 3Organize and manage relevant documents, ensuring all are properly filled out and stored.
- 4Accurately collect and enter data into the system, updating load statuses in real time.
- 5Inspect and verify equipment against Bills of Lading (BOLs), taking pictures for documentation.
- 6Conduct cycle counting, manage stock levels, and perform outbound scanning and sealing of equipment.
- 7Keep the system updated with real-time load statuses, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.
- 8Conduct regular safety checks and drills to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- 9Perform quality checks on equipment, ensuring compliance with required standards and customer-specific requirements.
Requirements9
- 11-3 years in inventory management or related field, with ITAD experience preferred.
- 2Ability to recognize various types of consumer and commercial electronics.
- 3Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher.
- 4Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software.
- 5Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and situational awareness with emphasis on safety.
- 6Fluency in English required; Spanish proficiency highly desired.
- 7Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
- 8Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and overtime/weekends as needed.
- 9High school diploma or equivalent required.
