We seek a skilled Receiver / Inventory Control Clerk to lead Direct Store Delivery operations in Dallas. The ideal candidate will own inventory processes ensure accuracy and drive operational efficiency. What You'll Do9
- 1Walk store daily to scan DSD items and identify stock discrepancies while collaborating with order writers and night crew.
- 2Partner with File Maintenance Clerk to manage donations and oversee grocery and non-perishable inventory.
- 3Maintain a secure organized backroom environment through regular cleaning and organization tasks.
- 4Process returns accurately using technical proficiency in Excel and inventory systems.
- 5Communicate with Store Director to support inventory accuracy and promotional execution.
- 6Monitor damaged expired or salvageable merchandise and resolve delivery issues independently.
- 7Serve as point of contact for vendor and driver interactions ensuring smooth deliveries.
- 8Uphold attention to detail by verifying quantities and processing credits promptly.
- 9Lead initiatives to streamline receiving workflows and improve data reporting accuracy.
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 3Experience with Kubernetes and AWS
- 4Proven track record of managing 5-50 lb loads and standing for extended periods
- 5Strong organizational skills to maintain clean backroom environments
