RMA Coordinator 2, Dallas TX
Overview
You will own the RMA process for ViaPath, coordinating incoming and outgoing parts across departments to meet service agreements. You will serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams, managing inventory transfers and driving open issues to closure. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role suits a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on RMA and inventory management. You will work onsite in Dallas, Texas, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do10
- 1Serve as an Ambassador for ViaPath, coordinating RMA parts with vendors and shipping partners.
- 2Coordinate shipping of incoming and outgoing RMA parts, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- 3Focus on products for vendor return, ensuring timely and correct returns.
- 4Manage physical inventory transfers between departments, maintaining accurate records in the warehouse management system.
- 5Coordinate incoming and outgoing parts, actively closing open issues within 90 days.
- 6Handle day-to-day RMA receiving activities, ensuring timely processing to meet service agreements.
- 7Manage daily productivity and workflow reports, tracking open issues and performance metrics.
- 8Assist Customer Service with RMA authorization processing as needed.
- 9Work closely with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, Technical Support, Field Services, and Engineering.
- 10Maintain, review, and update process documentation regularly, creating new documents as required.
Requirements12
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ years of related experience as a material handler or RMA Coordinator.
- 3Experience with shipping management and warehouse software.
- 4Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- 5Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- 6Ability to multi-task and make effective decisions.
- 7Independent worker and strong team player.
- 8Proficient with MS Office.
- 9Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical motions (squatting, bending, lifting, climbing ladders).
- 10Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.
- 11Composure to perform effectively under stressful situations.
- 12Possess good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
