We seek a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Dallas 3PL warehouse team. This role ensures efficient daily operations while meeting client demands. What You'll Do13
- 1Supervise and coach warehouse associates to achieve operational goals aligned with company objectives
- 2Partner with HRBP to resolve performance management concerns
- 3Develop positive workplace culture through constructive adult-to-adult feedback
- 4Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety observations
- 5Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving picking packing and shipping
- 6Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- 7Implement process improvements to reduce errors and enhance efficiency
- 8Track KPIs such as order accuracy and shipping times to identify improvement opportunities
- 9Create and manage employee schedules balancing workload during peak periods
- 10Ensure outbound orders meet quality standards through verification and corrective actions
- 11Utilize WMS and other technologies to track orders inventory and shipments
- 12Collaborate on operational challenges to resolve delays and customer issues
- 13Prepare daily weekly reports on inventory levels productivity and employee performance
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years warehouse or 3PL management experience
- 2At least 3 years supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution environments
- 3Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
- 4Strong knowledge of WMS barcode scanners and related warehouse technology
- 5Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
- 6Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- 7Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- 8Detail-oriented mindset with organizational multitasking capabilities
- 9Experience managing high-pressure situations during peak periods
- 10Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
