What You'll Do9

- 4Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate transfers between departments and warehouse.
- 5Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, and updating records.
- 6Implement warehouse efficiency and cost reduction projects, analyzing key areas that affect product flow and delivery.
- 7Enforce security protocols, including alarm testing, to protect warehouse assets and ensure safety compliance.
- 8Drive a positive work environment with open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
- 9Generate management reports in Excel, and create SOPs and work instructions in Word and PowerPoint.
Requirements8
- 11-2 years of warehouse experience, with a preference for a management or business degree.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 3Proven ability to coach, mentor, and discipline team members professionally.
- 4Strong problem-solving skills to address operational issues and implement fixes.
- 5Proficiency in Excel for reporting, Word for SOPs, and PowerPoint for presentations.
- 6Ability to multitask and shift priorities based on business needs in a dynamic environment.
- 7Flexibility to work overtime as required, including extended shifts.
- 8Physical capability to walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
