Operations Processor

Operations Processor managing customer contracts and orders in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures accurate order processing and maintains professional communication with internal teams and customers.
What You'll Do11
- 1Create review and issue customer contracts according to company procedures
- 2Accurately create and process Purchase Orders and Sales Orders promptly
- 3Review orders and contracts for completeness accuracy and compliance
- 4Maintain organized digital and physical records of all contracts and orders
- 5Process order revisions updates cancellations and corrections throughout the order lifecycle
- 6Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments via email Microsoft Teams and telephone
- 7Collaborate with Sales Operations Logistics and Accounting to resolve order issues
- 8Identify discrepancies investigate solutions and maintain excellent customer service
- 9Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
- 10Perform additional operational duties as assigned
- 11Support overall business operations
Requirements11
- 1Previous experience in receiving warehouse operations or logistics with minimum one year preferred
- 2Proficiency in data entry including accurate input of order and contract information
- 3Experience with Excel for data entry and basic spreadsheet tasks
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook for email
- 5Ability to perform ten key typing accurately and efficiently
- 6Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in fast-paced environment
- 7Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 8Professional written and verbal communication skills
- 9Experience with invoice processing and accounts payable functions
- 10Comfort using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
- 11Willingness to complete assessments like the Predictive Index assessment
