User Operations Specialist - Financial Operations
Overview
You will own the full cycle of user account and order processing at Bentley Systems, managing SELECT cancellations, new orders, and account updates for a global infrastructure software company. Processing inbound purchase orders and renewals, you will ensure data accuracy across Microsoft Teams and internal systems. Working hybrid in Exton, PA, you will collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team on ad-hoc projects that improve operational workflows. This role offers a direct impact on customer experience and backend efficiency, with no travel required.
What You'll Do7
- 1Process SELECT cancellations, new SELECT orders, and new product orders within the first 90 days
- 2Complete new account requests and update user account addresses, contacts, and contract details
- 3Process inbound purchase orders and renewal requests with accuracy using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- 4Resolve account discrepancies by applying logical decision-making and attention to detail
- 5Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team on ad-hoc projects to test and refine order workflows
- 6Communicate with customers and colleagues via Microsoft Teams calls, chats, and meetings to resolve issues
- 7Maintain data integrity across order and account records to support financial operations
Requirements6
- 11-2 years experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, or a finance-related role
- 2Exceptional attention to detail in data entry and account management
- 3Ability to learn and navigate customer relationship software
- 4Fluency with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 or greater
- 5Demonstrated logical and rational decision-making skills
