Overview
Lead onboarding and training initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for employees. Provide data informed recommendations to improve employee experience. Partner with HR and operations to support resource utilization and training.

Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree or 1 year relevant experience
- 2Prior hospitality or gaming experience preferred
- 3Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- 4Proficiency in learning management systems and data analysis tools
- 5Enjoy public speaking and facilitation abilities
- 6Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 7Skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
