What You'll Do11
- 1Integrate OIE objectives into campaign plans aligning information effects with commander intent
- 2Synchronize information forces with maneuver and non kinetic activities to achieve desired effects
- 3Design OIE OPORD inputs and supporting products for joint planning and execution
- 4Integrate intelligence targeting and collection requirements into OIE planning decisions
- 5Develop performance measures and evaluation frameworks for continuous OIE activity refinement
- 6Coordinate OIE planning with interagency partners and coalition forces to ensure unity of effort
- 7Embed DoD/DoW Rewards Program planning into OIE efforts to incentivize desired behaviors
- 8Ensure legal policy and operational risk considerations are embedded in all OIE plans
- 9Produce decision quality assessments briefs and recommendations for senior leaders
- 10Maintain flexible time off benefits and access robust learning resources
- 11Contribute to a culture of integrity and continuous growth within a high performing team
Requirements6
- 1Active TS clearance with SCI or eligibility to obtain SCI Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications International Relations Political Science Behavioral Science or Military Science
- 23+ years experience planning coordinating executing operations in the Information Environment including PSYOP OPSEC Defense Deception Electronic Warfare Cyberspace Operations Public Affairs and Information Operations
- 3Proficiency in standard military software applications and communication systems
- 4Completion of advanced OIE-relevant training such as FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course Joint Information Planners Course OPSEC Planners Course MILDEC Planners Course PSYOP Planners Course Joint Targeting School
- 5Operational level experience at CCMD Service Component Command or Joint Task Force
- 6Experience coordinating military operations with multinational and interagency teammates
