Overview
You will own logistics coordination for high-profile mega events in sports, music tours, and film projects. You will book domestic and international shipments, coordinate air, trucking, and ocean moves, and keep clients and carriers informed from booking to delivery. What You'll Do7
- 1Book domestic and international shipments for air, trucking, and ocean freight, ensuring accurate routing.
- 2Generate quotes and pricing for clients, covering domestic and international logistics.
- 3Prepare export documents and transportation paperwork, maintaining accuracy for customs clearance.
- 4Track shipments in real-time and act on schedule changes to prevent delays.
- 5Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and global teams to align on delivery timelines.
- 6Maintain organized files for each project, tracking all documentation and communications.
- 7Build strong relationships with vendors and customers, responding quickly to inquiries.
Requirements10
- 11+ years in logistics, operations, customer service, events, or time-sensitive environments (preferred, not required).
- 2Familiarity with freight forwarding or air import/export is helpful.
- 3Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- 4Basic Outlook and Excel skills, plus ability to learn new systems.
- 5Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, on-call coverage, or project travel.
