What You'll Do10

  • 1Import & Logistics Operations Coordinate international shipments via ocean air and ground to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues
  • 2Pricing & Carrier Coordination Secure freight quotes and schedule transportation with carriers and logistics partners
  • 3Customer Service Act as primary contact providing proactive updates and handling inquiries
  • 4Compliance & Documentation Follow SOPs to ensure regulatory adherence and maintain accurate shipment records
  • 5Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare reports monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements
  • 6Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with operations warehouse and sales teams globally
  • 7Travel Up to 10% of time within U.S.
  • 8Maintain physical stamina for standing walking and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • 9Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
  • 10Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements9

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 2High school diploma required
  • 33+ years international logistics experience
  • 4Knowledge of ocean import air import customs clearance processes
  • 5Understanding of U.S. Customs regulations
  • 6Strong customer service and communication skills
  • 7Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and TMS systems
  • 8Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • 9Ability to travel up to 10% of time
