What You'll Do10
- 1Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner to create a welcoming environment
- 2Answer and direct phone inquiries to appropriate departments to maintain clear communication
- 3Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments and coordinate with clinical teams
- 4Check patients in and out accurately and update patient records in the EHR system
- 5Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- 6Address patient questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- 7Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- 8Generate reports and provide administrative support to supervisors
- 9Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance
- 10Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and emergency procedures
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- 3Experience in healthcare, wellness, or performance setting is a plus
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- 6Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
