What You'll Do8

  • 1Conduct routine quality audits, identify improvement areas, and develop corrective action plans.
  • 2Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and Medicaid policies through documentation audits and training monitoring.
  • 3Assist with internal and external audits and accreditation activities, maintaining compliance documentation.
  • 4Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and coordinators to improve clinical workflows and implement new initiatives.
  • 5Develop monthly performance reports, identify trends, and present findings to leadership.
  • 6Educate staff on quality standards and workflow updates through training sessions and materials.
  • 7Assist with daily operations, prioritization, and staff guidance, escalating issues as needed.
  • 8Lead process improvement initiatives and measure corrective action effectiveness.

Requirements5

  • 13-5 years in healthcare quality, compliance, or clinical operations.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3Knowledge of CMS regulations, quality reporting, and HIPAA.
  • 4Experience with electronic health records like eClinicalWorks and data analytics tools.
  • 5Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
