Overview

What You'll Do11

  • 1Oversee data collection for CMS Inpatient Quality Reporting and other quality measures
  • 2Review medical records to gather data for reporting and audit purposes
  • 3Train clinical staff on quality improvement initiatives and data interpretation
  • 4Provide statistical analysis using Medisov Vizient and Excel
  • 5Act as primary liaison with external measure abstractors like Q-Centrix
  • 6Develop and maintain quality dashboards reflecting improvement efforts
  • 7Analyze data to create concise quality reports aligned with management principles
  • 8Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify risks and implement prevention strategies
  • 9Conduct surveillance chart reviews and educate on patient safety topics
  • 10Coordinate project implementation and keep teams on schedule
  • 11Participate in root cause and apparent cause analyses for safety incidents

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Certified Professional in Patient Safety or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
  • 3Experience with AWS Certified credentials
  • 4Proficiency with Python and Kubernetes for scalable solutions
  • 5Strong experience with React for interface development
  • 6Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration
  • 7Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • 8Demonstrated leadership in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
  • 9Commitment to compassionate patient-centered care
  • 10Expertise in regulatory compliance across CMS CDC OSHA and other standards
  • 11Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
