Join a fast-growing company in Phoenix to lead CMS Quality Payment Program public reporting initiatives. You will serve as the SME providing historical knowledge and subject matter expertise. This role offers unique opportunities to shape public facing documentation for federal healthcare clients.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Serve as the CMS Quality Payment Program SME by providing historical knowledge regarding annual measures program and policy changes
  • 2Provide subject matter expertise to the analytic team regarding QPP measures collection types MVPs and Interoperability measures
  • 3Develop and coordinate accurate public facing documentation related to public reporting for doctors and clinicians
  • 4Review all QPP/MIPS measure changes and communicate changes affecting public reporting to the team and CMS
  • 5Collaborate with QPP/MIPS implementation teams for review and clarification of annual measure changes
  • 6Support analytical processes and perform QA of analytic and clinical deliverables
  • 7Contribute to outreach material development
  • 8Support Level 2 help desk inquiries and analytic investigations
  • 9Develop briefing papers and coordinate enhancements with analytic teams
  • 10Contribute to outreach material development
  • 11Provide hands-on experience with quality measures measure specification development or implementation

Requirements14

  • 1Bachelor's degree in a clinical field or Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics Public Health or related discipline
  • 2Deep knowledge of CMS Quality Payment Program
  • 3In-depth knowledge of Medicare Regulations and CMS regulations and guidelines
  • 4Knowledge of the EPCS Program
  • 5Minimum of 3-5 years of experience directly working with clinical quality measures
  • 6Experience supporting large government healthcare programs
  • 7Familiarity with CMS platforms and tools used for compliance tracking and reporting
  • 8Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and MS Teams
  • 9Analytical skills to analyze compliance data identify trends and issues
  • 10Problem-solving skills in a regulatory environment
  • 11Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in compliance calculations and waiver reviews
  • 12Strong collaboration abilities with internal and external teams
  • 13Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 14Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve program goals
