Requirements7

  • 15+ years of experience in complex IT project management within enterprise environments.
  • 2Proficiency in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and healthcare payer platforms.
  • 3Experience with drafting RFPs, RFQs, business cases, Advance Planning Documents (APDs), and vendor contracts.
  • 4Experience in hybrid, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies using MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint.
  • 5Experience with Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance, scope control, and capacity planning.
  • 6Experience in vendor management, matrix resource allocation, and public sector funding requests.
  • 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
