Overview
The Compliance Associate will own compliance processes at Mazzoni Center across healthcare and safety domains. This role drives proactive risk management through meticulous recordkeeping and regulatory alignment. You will lead initiatives that enhance organizational adherence to industry standards while supporting cross-functional collaboration.

- 1Support Compliance Program Implementation with administrative and operational assistance

- 3Develop and update compliance policies aligned with regulatory requirements
- 4Coordinate compliance education and training activities for staff
- 5Conduct routine internal compliance monitoring and audit preparation
- 6Perform 340B claims checks and verify invoice pricing
- 7Manage incident reporting system including user access administration
- 8Assist with OSHA safety inspections and document findings
- 9Analyze incident reports to identify trends and support resolution
- 10Participate in safety committee meetings and document discussions
- 11Monitor grievance reports and track follow-up actions
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Education in healthcare compliance or related field
- 3Familiarity with 340B Drug Pricing Program
- 4Proficiency with Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint
- 5Experience with EMR/EHR systems like AthenaHealth
- 6Knowledge of LMS platforms such as HealthStream
- 7Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- 9Cultural competence across diverse populations
- 10Background checks including criminal and FBI clearance required
