What You'll Do9
- 1Act as a day-to-day compliance partner to Sales Marketing Market Access Medical Affairs Patient Advocacy Corporate Communications
- 2Support policy development and implementation of SOPs procedures and corporate guidance
- 3Drive compliance training and track effectiveness across regulatory requirements
- 4Partner with stakeholders to resolve audits and implement corrective actions
- 5Utilize data analytics to uncover trends and shape compliance priorities
- 6Collaborate with Legal Global stakeholders on vendor management and filing obligations
- 7Own compliance initiatives that enhance program visibility and accountability
- 8Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of integrity within the compliance function
- 9Ensure documentation meets audit readiness standards and regulatory expectations
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare compliance experience
- 2Working knowledge of PhRMA Code Anti-Kickback Statute False Claims Act Sunshine Act OIG Compliance Program Guidance
- 3Certification in Healthcare Compliance CHC preferred
- 4Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or another high-demand language
- 5Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 6Strong analytical skills with demonstrated use of AI and data tools for risk assessment
