What You'll Do11

  • 1Develop and lead comprehensive enterprise compliance program aligned with regulatory requirements and business strategy
  • 2Establish governance structures including executive committees and Board reporting
  • 3Drive continuous improvement of compliance framework in response to regulatory changes
  • 4Provide oversight of compliance with CMS Medicaid and commercial regulations
  • 5Lead enterprise risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance threats
  • 6Oversee audits monitoring and investigations including vendor oversight
  • 7Establish and maintain compliance policies and standards across organization
  • 8Lead development of compliance training programs and partner with Learning & Development
  • 9Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership on compliance matters
  • 10Partner with Legal Operations Clinical Finance and HR to integrate compliance

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration Public Health Law Business or related field with 12+ years experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • 2Master's degree or JD strongly preferred
  • 312+ years progressive experience in healthcare compliance regulatory affairs or risk management
  • 47+ years leadership experience in complex multi-line healthcare organizations
  • 5Deep expertise across government programs Medicare Advantage Medicaid DSNP
  • 6Proven interaction with regulatory agencies leading audits and investigations
  • 7Strong background in compliance program design and implementation
  • 8Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies
  • 9Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and board stakeholders
  • 10Commitment to building inclusive high-performance workplace culture
