Overview
Lead compliance programs ensuring healthcare and privacy regulatory alignment across state and federal laws. Manage policy development and internal controls while driving AI integration into compliance workflows. Report to the Compliance Committee and shape future of healthcare.
What You'll Do10
- 1Draft revise maintain and implement policies aligned with HIPAA and other data privacy statutes
- 2Oversee internal controls for regulatory compliance
- 3Lead investigations assessing adherence to laws and internal policies
- 4Integrate AI capabilities into compliance processes
- 5Report compliance health to the Compliance Committee
- 6Configure and manage GRC tools preferring Onspring
- 7Support SOC and HITRUST audits for Health IT software
- 8Implement SOC and HITRUST audit findings
- 9Ensure secure handling of sensitive information
- 10Maintain ability to view computer screen for extended periods
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8-12 years related experience
- 2Preferred experience configuring GRC tools like Onspring
- 3Experience supporting SOC and HITRUST audits for Health IT software
- 4Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- 5Compliance with security policies to protect company and client information
- 6Valid driver's license for onsite work in Kansas City
