What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute compliance monitoring activities including reviews audits and control assessments
- 2Establish risk-based monitoring plans aligned to regulatory requirements and AI governance priorities
- 3Oversee end-to-end engagement lifecycle from planning to remediation tracking
- 4Implement automated monitoring capabilities to improve efficiency and real-time risk detection
- 5Synthesize findings into reports and metrics for stakeholders and leadership
- 6Drive continuous improvement of monitoring methodologies tools and documentation standards
- 7Provide advisory guidance on control effectiveness regulatory alignment and risk mitigation
- 8Facilitate stakeholder engagement including interviews issue resolution and escalation management
- 9Develop and maintain frameworks job aids and training materials for consistent oversight execution
- 10Require BA/BS degree and 6 years audit experience or equivalent combination
- 11Hold Certified Information Systems Auditor or Certified Public Accountant certification
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certification: CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
- 3Strong background in technology governance and control frameworks
- 4Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance
- 5Working knowledge of AI tools models and platforms including generative AI and machine learning
- 6Preference for experience with healthcare regulatory compliance
- 7Ability to work in-person or virtually in Columbus Ohio Illinois Minnesota or Virginia
- 8Valid BA/BS degree in IT Computer Science or related field
- 9Minimum 6 years audit experience in IT operations finance desktop or regulatory domains
- 10Experience with audit and regulatory standards such as PCAOB CobiT SAS70 SOX
