What You'll Do11
- 1Lead development of IT quality compliance and validation strategies aligned with enterprise risk and regulatory frameworks
- 2Oversee IT governance risk assessments and internal controls for audit readiness
- 3Drive computer system validation activities including change control and periodic reviews
- 4Define validation approaches for emerging technologies like AI and cloud platforms
- 5Provide enterprise-wide governance for AI initiatives including model lifecycle controls
- 6Maintain and improve IT Quality Management System policies and procedures
- 7Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections
- 8Establish KPIs tracking IT compliance risk and validation effectiveness
- 9Govern IT training processes including compliance and SLC programs
- 10Collaborate with legal privacy security and QA teams for enterprise compliance
- 11Implement standardized validation tools to enhance efficiency and protect assets

- 1Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience in FDA regulated industry
- 210+ years leading/managing teams and executing projects
- 35+ years partnering with clients at management level
- 45+ years leading large IT validation projects
- 52+ years governance/delivery oversight for AI/ML systems in regulated life sciences
