- 10Lead cross-functional teams to execute compliance projects from design to delivery
- 11Ensure continuous adherence and audit-readiness across business units
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree in Business IT Legal Studies or Risk Management
- 37+ years experience in compliance risk audit or program management
- 4Proven ability to manage compliance programs against CJIS FedRAMP StateRAMP GDPR HIPAA PCI DSS
- 5Experience obtaining government security credentials like FedRAMP ATO StateRAMP authorization
- 6Strong project planning skills with experience delivering multi-department initiatives
- 7Certification such as PMP or CCEP CRISC preferred
- 8Familiarity with AWS Kubernetes and React frameworks
- 9Knowledge of compliance tools like body cameras mobile routers digital evidence systems
- 10Ability to lead AI-driven compliance automation projects
