Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2MBA or comparable business education
- 3Proven leadership scaling SaaS products with 5+ years experience
- 4Familiarity with private equity-backed growth environments
- 5Demonstrated success in product strategy market fit pricing and packaging
- 6Track record of revenue protection and growth through retention initiatives
- 7Experience with public safety or law enforcement technology platforms
- 8Strong financial acumen building models and partnering with finance
- 9Exceptional product leadership with customer references and case studies
- 10Ability to lead AI-first transformations across teams and processes
- 11Experience with Pragmatic Marketing framework and AI-driven workflows
