Overview
Lead internal audit for Data Office AI and infrastructure at AIG. Provide independent assurance over data governance AI and emerging technologies. Report to Chief Technology Auditor.
What You'll Do11
- 1Define audit strategy with Chief Technology auditor to address risks in data governance AI and emerging technology infrastructure
- 2Execute global assurance plan covering data governance AI risk management and emerging technology activities
- 3Ensure compliance with global regulations and audit methodologies
- 4Lead and develop a global team with advanced data AI/ML and technology assurance skillsets
- 5Manage offshore teams conduct evaluations and oversee hiring processes
- 6Engage senior management and stakeholders to drive process and control improvements
- 7Draft review and communicate audit findings to executive management
- 8Drive adoption of data analytics AI and automation in audit testing and risk assessment
- 9Foster cross-cultural awareness and inclusive work environment
- 10Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex problems in dynamic settings
- 11Maintain professionalism and lead strategic initiatives
Requirements11
- 110+ years assurance experience especially in financial services data governance and risk management
- 22+ years auditing AI with focus on model development validation deployment and monitoring
- 3Deep experience auditing AI infrastructure platforms such as AWS Bedrock Claude and Palantir
- 4Background in data governance privacy and protection controls
- 5Expertise in algorithmic bias fairness explainability and ethical AI considerations
- 6Strong knowledge of data quality lineage and integrity across technology environments
- 7Understanding of regulatory compliance for data and AI including GDPR CCPA and EU AI Act
- 8Experience auditing cloud network compute storage database infrastructures
- 9Audit experience in public accounting or internal audit within regulated industries
- 10Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage large-scale projects
- 11Demonstrated track record of learning innovative technologies and executing assurance
