What You'll Do9

  • 1Design and execute data risk assessments and develop data‑related requirements for stakeholder impact analyses
  • 2Identify and quantify data control gaps, track remediation, and perform root cause investigations
  • 3Create and deliver internal control testing reports focused on data integrity and governance
  • 4Lead data risk metric development and dashboard creation for executive visibility
  • 5Provide guidance to business units on documentation standards and remediation activities
  • 6Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data risk issues and align processes
  • 7Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance risk assessment methodologies
  • 8Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical data systems and assets
  • 9Develop and enforce data risk policies aligned with regulatory frameworks and internal standards

Requirements11

  • 1Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in risk management data risk or related field
  • 2Minimum 2 years of experience in operational or data risk management roles
  • 3Proven experience with data governance classification and information security principles
  • 4Familiarity with risk management frameworks such as NIST AI Risk Management or ISO/IEC 42001
  • 5Strong analytical abilities with documented experience in risk scoring and reporting
  • 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
  • 7Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within matrixed environments
  • 8Background in financial services payments or highly regulated industries preferred
  • 9Certification in CPC Card BCBA or AWS Certified recognized credentials valued
  • 10Experience using data risk management platforms or automation tools demonstrated
  • 11Knowledge of relevant regulations including GDPR CCPA and industry‑specific privacy laws
