What You'll Do11
- 1End-to-End Risk Management & Execution Drive assessments and track remediation from implementation to closure
- 2Support AI application integration with timely risk evaluations and best practice alignment
- 3Utilize project management to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful results
- 4Communicate clearly with engineering operations and cyber teams to inform outcomes
- 5Guide engineering partners through complex risk landscapes with advisory expertise
- 6Improve workflows by designing enhancements to risk identification processes
- 7Monitor metrics and dashboards to ensure compliance and remediation progress
- 8Prepare compliance documentation and assist audits with transparent data
- 9Facilitate risk forums to maintain stakeholder visibility and alignment
- 10Lead RCSA workflows as owner or delegate to boost operational efficiency
- 11Develop KRI frameworks delivering actionable insights to senior leadership
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certification: CPC Card or AWS Certified
- 3Experience: 3-5 seasons in tech risk domains
- 4Familiarity with AI governance frameworks or interest in AIGP certification
- 5Background in financial services technology risk management
- 6Proven ability to manage cross-functional technology projects using agile or waterfall methods
- 7Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- 8Experience with RCSA and similar risk frameworks
- 9Preference for candidates with advanced degrees or specialized certifications
- 10Ability to thrive in a regulated environment with autonomy
