  • 8Participate in outreach activities and agency-wide quality improvement programs
  • 9Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA privacy rules and enforce clinic policies

Requirements6

  • 1Bachelor's degree with two years administrative experience or some college with four years progressive experience
  • 2Familiarity with compliance tracking and reporting in healthcare settings
  • 3Proficiency with Windows OS Microsoft Office applications and database software
  • 4Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 5Bilingual/bicultural in an Asian language preferred
  • 6Commitment to serving Asian communities and culturally competent care
