What You'll Do9
- 1Supervise nursing staff assigned to a particular shift
- 2Assign patients to available nursing staff based on condition and skill level
- 3Assess monitor educate nursing staff on patient care
- 4Institute emergency procedures as needed
- 5Anticipate staffing needs and move proactively to respond
- 6Oversee stocking of supplies and update patient records
- 7Drive process improvements to streamline shift transitions
- 8Maintain compliance with fire safety regulations
- 9Ensure accurate documentation for seamless shift handoffs
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current and Active Registered Nurse with CA license
- 3Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- 4AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
- 5Fire Safety training completed within 90 Days
- 6Strong acuity-based patient assignment skills
- 7Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- 8Excellent documentation practices
