What You'll Do9

  • 1Own patient care across two towers during night shifts while collaborating with LVNs CNAs and support staff
  • 2Direct care delivery and evaluate patient outcomes within 90 days
  • 3Implement nursing care plans and delegate tasks appropriately
  • 4Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality programs
  • 5Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards
  • 6Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient experiences
  • 7Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and protocol development
  • 8Mentor junior staff and foster positive team dynamics
  • 9Ensure proper use of technology and resources

Requirements11

  • 1Associate degree in nursing required with current RN licensure in California
  • 2Current RN license in California mandatory
  • 3ACLS certification required when appropriate
  • 4BLS certification required
  • 5Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in medical surgical or maternal child health areas
  • 6Preferred one-year acute care experience
  • 7Experience with Spark and Airflow demonstrated
  • 8Proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes systems
  • 9Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
  • 10Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams
  • 11Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
