Monitor, K-12 School Safety & Front Office Support
Overview
Own safety and behavior monitoring for students across meals, recess, and after school programs at BASIS Ed in Phoenix Metro. You will supervise groups of students, respond to emergencies, and support front office duties. This role emphasizes quick judgment, consistent attendance, and collaboration with school management. What You'll Do5
- 1Monitor students to ensure safety and orderly conduct during lunches, recess, and after-school times
- 2Oversee behavior and enforce school policies, reporting unruly behavior to management
- 3Respond to emergencies and injuries with urgency and sound judgement
- 4Assist in front office support and administrative tasks as applicable
- 5Maintain regular, full attendance and supervise individual or groups of students during structured and unstructured times
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or higher
- 2Valid Identity Verified Prints IVP
- 3Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 4Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations
- 5Experience in a school or child care environment preferred
