What You'll Do10
- 1Build classroom support and tutoring for students to improve understanding and progress
- 2Assist teachers with classroom management and events, labs, and testing to ensure smooth operations
- 3Proctor assessments and monitor student study groups to maintain focus and accountability
- 4Evaluate student progress with teachers to identify needs and gains and tailor support
- 5Support Deans and Directors of Student Affairs with behavior management and discipline strategies
- 6Assist with key school programs and campus events to reinforce school culture
- 7Monitor and manage student non-scheduled time including Early Bird, Late Bird, and Lunch Monitor duties
- 8Support staff in maintaining a rigorous liberal arts program and BASIS teaching methodologies
- 9Collaborate with teachers to ensure program adherence across campus
- 10Contribute to a positive, achievement-oriented school environment

- 1Bachelor`s Degree required
- 2Valid Identity Verified Prints IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 3Ability to work full time
- 4Willingness to take NES Elementary Education Assessment if necessary
- 5Willingness to be considered for other campuses beyond the original campus
- 6Willingness to acquire and maintain BASIS Charter School teaching methodologies
