Mobility Specialist, Parking Operations & Customer Service
Overview
You will own the guest experience at Byline Garage during Providence Park events, ensuring seamless parking and mobility operations for up to thousands of attendees. You will stand as the front-line representative of Metropolis's computer vision technology, guiding customers through check-in and enrollment. Working with a small on-site team, you will patrol the facility, enforce parking policies, and maintain a clean, safe environment. This contract role offers $19/hour and growth potential into higher-level operations roles within the company's expanding technology platform.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests at garage entrances, directing them to available parking spaces while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
- 2Enroll customers in Metropolis's app-based parking system using iPad or iPhone devices, troubleshooting basic tech issues on the spot.
- 3Patrol assigned lots and garages to identify vehicles without valid payment or authorization, documenting violations with photo evidence via company mobile devices.
- 4Issue parking citations in compliance with company policies, ensuring all infractions are recorded accurately in the system.
- 5Clear trash and debris from floors, stairwells, and common areas, reporting any spills, hazards, or maintenance issues to the site lead immediately.
- 6Assist with basic vehicle upkeep, including cleaning windshields, checking fluid levels, and performing simple repairs like changing wiper blades.
- 7Coordinate with event staff and security to manage traffic flow during peak entry and exit times, minimizing congestion.
- 8Document daily lot conditions and incident reports using Android or iOS mobile forms, submitting them before the shift ends.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for candidates with relevant service experience.
- 21+ year in customer service, ideally in parking, hospitality, or event venues, though entry-level candidates will be considered.
- 3Comfort using iPad, iPhone, and Android devices for daily tasks, including photo capture and form entry.
- 4Ability to stand and walk for up to 6 consecutive hours across multi-level garages and outdoor lots.
- 5Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with Providence Park event schedules (soccer matches, concerts).
- 6Physical stamina to lift up to 25 pounds and handle cleaning supplies or equipment as needed.
- 7Clear spoken English communication for guest interaction and team coordination.
- 8Availability for on-call shifts with at least 2 weeks' notice for event assignments.
