Command Center Specialist, Green Lot Parking
Overview
You will own customer resolution for the Green Lot, handling high-volume calls and web-based inquiries to drive satisfaction and protect revenue. You will join the SP+ team, a Metropolis company using computer vision for checkout-free parking, and support a network of over 4,000 locations. This role stands out for its blend of call center, customer service, and accounting duties, offering cross-training on all shifts and exposure to PARCS systems.
What You'll Do10
- 1Handle high-volume calls with top-tier courtesy and professionalism, resolving customer questions, complaints, and inquiries directly.
- 2Communicate via web-based tools, demonstrating typing and grammar proficiency while troubleshooting issues in real time.
- 3Monitor and troubleshoot PARCS devices and supporting systems to ensure seamless parking operations.
- 4Make financial decisions to protect and collect revenues, adjusting customer accounts as needed.
- 5Manage multiple duties simultaneously, prioritizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- 6Deliver exceptional client service via telephone, conducting detailed research to address customer inquiries thoroughly.
- 7Enter daily data and customer service records, preparing activity reports to track performance metrics.
- 8Track issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions from support teams, escalating as necessary.
- 9Assist with financial and management accounts, processing invoices and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- 10Support office team in setting up monthly and business parking permits, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements10
- 11-2 years of experience in call center, customer service, or accounting with strong problem-solving skills.
- 2Advanced multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, able to react quickly and professionally.
- 3Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- 4Positive attitude with a productive, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- 5Superior telephone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 6Intermediate or advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, and web browsers like Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.
- 7High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 8Flexible availability to train on all three shifts, approximately 2 weeks each.
- 9Ability to train and mentor other team members.
- 10Prior call center and accounts payable/receivable experience is a plus.
