What You'll Do8
- 1Resolve client requests and concerns, communicating proactively to improve operations and uphold our Promise.
- 2Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team of Promise-driven employees.
- 3Identify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver a superior customer experience, and perform daily job functions.
- 4Enforce parking, security, and cash control procedures to maximize profitability through revenue development and expense reviews.
- 5Manage the operation's budget, including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
- 6Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards and review all damage claims.
- 7Implement safety improvement plans to prevent claims and ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
- 8Identify procurement and vendor service needs for the location.
Requirements6
- 15+ years in operations management, preferably in parking, facility, or hospitality industries.
- 2Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team.
- 3Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and solving problems creatively.
- 4Experience developing budgets and reviewing P&L statements.
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal computer programs.
- 6Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
